Governed AI delivery for regulated firms

Delivery you can prove.

Styrlys audits, hardens and governs software built with AI coding tools. Your teams keep the speed, and your board and regulator get the evidence that it is under control.

Pilot audits open in early 2027, with limited places.

The problem

AI writes code fast. Proof hasn't caught up.

Teams and suppliers are shipping AI-generated code into regulated services. The speed is real, and so are the gaps it leaves behind.

Hidden security risk

Hard-coded keys, outdated libraries and insecure patterns slip through when code is generated faster than it is reviewed.

Weak evidence

Boards, auditors and regulators ask how AI-built systems are controlled. Most teams can't yet show it.

Delivery without guardrails

Without review, testing and release discipline, fast delivery turns into incidents and rework.

What we do

Audit. Build. Enable.

Start with a clear, evidenced picture of risk, then fix it and keep it fixed.

Coming soon

Governed Build

Fix what the audit finds, or build new services, using AI tools inside a governed delivery method with evidence at every step.

  • Quality gates and security checks in the pipeline
  • Evidence pack for audit and assurance
Coming soon

Enable

Ongoing governance for teams adopting AI coding tools: regular reviews, policies and guardrails that keep pace with delivery.

  • Monthly review and re-grading
  • AI tool-use policy and team guidance
How an audit works

From repository to fix list in days, not months.

A focused, repeatable method that combines proven open-source scanners with experienced human review.

  1. Scan

Secrets, vulnerable dependencies, insecure code patterns and cloud or container misconfiguration, scanned on a machine you approve.

  2. Review

A hands-on check of access, authentication, data handling, AI tool use and your release process. A person confirms every critical and high finding.

  3. Score

Findings mapped to ISO 27001:2022 controls and FCA operational-resilience themes, then graded A to E.

  4. Fix

A board-ready summary and a prioritised fix list split into this week, this month and later, with effort estimates.

Clear grading

One grade your board can understand.

Every audit ends with a grade based on confirmed findings only, backed by the detail your engineers need.

A

Ready to run

No critical or high findings, and five or fewer medium.

B

Minor fixes

No critical. One or two high, or more than five medium.

C

Fix before scaling

No critical, but three or more high findings.

D

Fix before go-live

One critical issue needs resolving.

E

Stop and fix now

Two or more critical issues, or a live secret exposed.

How we work

Built for regulated financial services.

We start with insurers, MGAs, brokers and fintechs: firms that need speed from AI and evidence for their regulator.

  • Insurers
  • MGAs
  • Brokers
  • Payments & wealth fintechs

Your code stays with you

Audits run on a machine you approve, with read-only access. Client code is never sent to public AI tools.

Secrets never stored

Any secret found is masked before anything is written to disk. Reports show where it is, never what it is.

Human-confirmed findings

Scanners find candidates; a person confirms them. You get fewer false alarms and a report you can take to your board.
